Insurance Agent We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to
join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance
policies to new and existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with
strong sales skills and a passion for helping others protect their assets. Here at our
firm we offer hands on training from the top brokers nationwide .No experience
needed!
Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance
needs
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and
concerns
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Proficient in sales administration and benefits administration
- Comfortable with outside sales activities
Work setting: Hybrid (Needs to visit the office twice in a week)
Experience:
Financial concepts: 1 year (Preferred)
