We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Analyst / Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry, reconciliations, and property analysis while supporting accounting operations. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online is essential, along with some knowledge or interest in real estate. This is a full-time, in-office position in Keystone Heights, FL.
salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain financial and property-related data in company databases and software.
Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accurate financial records and identify discrepancies.
Property Analysis: Assist in analyzing property data, generating reports, and providing insights to aid in decision-making processes.
Accounting Support: Collaborate with the accounting team on various tasks, including preparing reports, verifying financial documents, and ensuring proper documentation.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize spreadsheets and pivot tables to organize and analyze data effectively.
QuickBooks Online: Maintain financial records and transactions using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
General Administrative Duties: Support the finance and property management teams with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, accounting assistance, or property analysis.
Must have strong proficiency with Excel (including spreadsheets and pivot tables).
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
Basic knowledge or exposure to the real estate industry with an interest in growing in this field.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
