Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join the aviation maintenance team. You'll ensure that all maintenance, repairs, and overhauls comply with FAA regulations and company standards, while supervising technicians to uphold safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final inspections on aircraft maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and enforce safety protocols.
• Implement quality audits and improve inspection processes.
• Liaise with FAA and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
• Oversee tool calibration and ensure proper equipment functionality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, with 2+ years in inspection or quality control.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License and Inspection Authorization (IA).
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.

Preferred:

• Experience with digital records and FAA audits.
• Leadership experience in aviation maintenance.
