Job Description: Terra Energy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Solar Appointment Setter. As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our solar energy consultants. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our company's solutions.
• Set appointments for our solar energy consultants with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, solar energy regulations, and company products/services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• The ideal candidate would be located in Florida, but candidates in other states will also be considered.
