Strong hospital growing looking to bring on Director Sterile Processing! Bonus Incentives!

Responsible for the complete oversight of the Sterile Processing Department (SPD). The Director serves as liaison between staff and administrative personnel and works cohesively with Admin Director to develop standards and procedures for providing care and improving quality and efficiencies.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT), or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
• Must have Director level experience overseeing SPD teams in an acute hospital setting – Ideally that they have overseen teams of similar size (20-30+ FTEs)
• Need a hands-on leader
