Classification Title: OPS/ Student Assistant Courier Job Description: UF | Research's courier is responsible or the delivery and pick-up of documents and packages to and from various offices around campus. Additional duties include transport of boxes to and from Iron Mountain Storage Facility as needed, providing transportation in a state vehicle for employees and guest, and daily office maintenance tasks. UF | Research is the central office for administering contracts, grants, and subcontracts for the entire campus. Time-sensitive documents, letters, and checks are delivered on behalf of UF | Research's courier on a daily basis. Provided the nature of the documents sent and received by UF | Research, it is imperative that the utmost attention is given to the pick-up and delivery of these items at all times. Therefore, a high level of responsibility and good time-management skills are necessary for this position.
