Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Gainesville, FL for a Spa Director. The Spa Director will be the perfect match with our Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the human resource department, ensure exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming environment for clients. The role involves budgeting, overseeing sales performance, scheduling, managing inventory, and creating promotional strategies. Must have experience growing and scaling businesses. The Spa Director will also be responsible for the training and development of spa personnel to maintain our high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Spa Management, Hospitality, Human Resources, and Customer Service
• Skills in Budgeting and Sales
• Ability to effectively train and manage staff
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
