Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, or Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Technician is preferred.
• Drive to expand knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant equipment.
• Desire to become proficient at diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to work on call upon advancement to a service technician role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Concede to a background check.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal)
• Technical degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
