We're searching for an experienced Director of Catering for a cultural institution in Palm Beach County

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:

• Are experienced in event/venue/catering sales and have solid leadership skills
• Have long-term social and corporate client relationships in the South Florida market
• Are at ease working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Have a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality
• Understand the operational side of high-end event execution
• Skilled in generating multiple types of menu proposals

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Developing new client relationships and initiating sales opportunities
• Creating an annual sales plan
• Mentoring, training, and developing the sales team
• Nurturing internal client relationships
• Leading weekly sales meetings
• Ensuring that budgeted sales goals are met
