The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused. Responsibilities include leasing storage and parking units, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenant relationships.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Leasing storage units
  • Preparing rental agreements
  • Handling financial transactions and banking activities
  • Maintaining knowledge of all products and services
  • Maintaining curb appeal
  • Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and auto insurance are required
  • Background check required
  • Other duties as assigned
