What You'll Do

Client Management

1. Build strong, trust-filled relationships as the primary contact for select clients.

3. Maintain strong media relationships to secure impactful coverage.
4. Provide expert advice on media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management.
5. Lead a team of 3-4 PR pros with empathy, positivity, and inspiration.
6. Coach and mentor your team to excel, grow, and achieve their goals.
7. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture where great ideas thrive.

Operations

1. Work with senior leadership to allocate resources and optimize daily workflows.
2. Stay on top of industry trends, ensuring our agency stays ahead of the curve.
3. Drive operational efficiency to maximize profitability without sacrificing quality.

Business Development

1. Contribute to agency growth by participating in pitches and presentations.
2. Network and represent the agency at industry events to showcase our expertise.
3. Help position the agency as a leading player in the PR space.
