OBJECTIVE
The General Manager is responsible for the total revenue growth of City Wide Facility Solutions. This includes managing both the sales and operations teams. You are to develop and maintain relationships with all key customers, including visits, lunches, golf, happy hours, etc. You are the face of City Wide. You will collaborate with your DOOs and Division Managers to ensure our cleaning teams meet customer expectations. If not, you will work with your team to address deficiencies. Ultimately, you are responsible for achieving company sales, retention, and billing goals.
Role Expectations
As the face of the company, you are expected to be a problem solver. VP/Ownership should serve as a coach, not as an operational worker. You will direct your team to execute plans and meet operational and sales targets. VP/Ownership should not work in the business without your oversight, especially during bids, events, meetings, and training sessions.
Daily presence in the office is required. Be the first to arrive and the last to leave to foster a strong corporate culture. While remote work is permitted on weekends and after hours, it is less effective during the week. Work from the office consistently, setting an example for your team.
