Position Overview: We are seeking an outstanding individual to lead our sales efforts as a Sales Director. Responsibilities include managing community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents, and cultivating referral sources. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Preferred: college degree in business, management, or operations

Responsibilities

• Enhance community awareness through outreach programs
• Develop and execute lead events
• Conduct initial contacts, follow-ups, and tours
• Maintain occupancy goals and document sales activities
• Perform additional roles such as Manager-On-Duty and assist with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
