Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Location: Miami, FL

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, DOE

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and coordinate electrical projects on-site. Responsibilities include:

• Leading subcontractors and field teams
• Ensuring safety compliance according to company policies
• Overseeing multiple projects and managing manpower
• Developing and updating project schedules
• Assisting in subcontractor buyout and selection
• Coordinating work among subcontractors
• Communicating effectively with owners, designers, and engineers

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 8 years of commercial construction experience
• Minimum of 2 years working for a commercial electrical contractor
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with Conest and Accubid software
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools (e.g., JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
