Job Summary

Uncle Julio's seeks experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to join our team in creating memorable Mexican dining experiences. The Restaurant General Manager oversees all aspects of restaurant success, including standards, guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations, including food prep, guest relations, and service standards.
2. Manage cash handling, inventory, forecasting, and vendor relations.
3. Collaborate with the Director of Operations on significant issues.
4. Drive sales, marketing, and development programs.
5. Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
6. Ensure food and beverage quality, safety, and health standards.
7. Lead management and staff, providing coaching, conducting reviews, and enforcing standards.
8. Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
9. Participate in hiring, training, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• 2-4 years of full-service management experience with a sales volume of $4M+.
• Demonstrated employment stability.
• College degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs., reaching, standing for extended periods, and moving through tight spaces.
