Job SummaryWe are hiring a Director of Operations - Wound Care with experience in the operations, management and strategic growth of the Wound Care Program.

The Director of Operations works collaboratively with the clinical, leadership and wound care team to provide consistent, quality care for patients with chronic wounds.Administrative Coordinator Job Responsibilities:Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with referring physicians and administrative personnel who are integral to the operation of the wound programProvides daily management and oversight of all aspects of the wound programContinuously analyzes data and processes to ensure efficient operation and performance of the programIn conjunction with the coordinators, monitors program flow to ensure efficient productivityDevelops departmental plans, goals and objectives according to company policies and proceduresCollaborates with the Clinicians and Clinical Coordinator to provide appropriate wound service coverage Assists with the development of the wound program's budget and manages it to maximize program profitabilityAddresses variances appropriatelyManages and coordinates all revenue cycle components including scheduling, registration, clinical coverage/treatment, documentation, billing, collections and denialsMonitor and analyze financial reports affecting financial performance of wound program and prepare reports for C-SuiteCoordinate auditing and clinical team to ensure documentation supports reimbursementStays current with LCD and CMS changes in reimbursement and provide appropriate notice/education to staff and physiciansEvaluates new products and equipment to ensure center maintains competitive edge in advanced therapiesIntegrate effectively into organizationBuild and maintain relationships with administration and departments affecting the wound programMeet regularly with leadership regarding performance of programDevelop and maintain strategic and effective working relationship with Clinicians and wound center staffRecruit, hire, manage, and train wound department personnel Conducts regular meetings with Clinicians and StaffProvides consistent and timely feedback to manage goals and expectationsPrepares and delivers performance evaluationsWorks collaboratively with the Clinicians, Coordinators, and Medical Director to ensure accurate and timely patient care and documentationMonitors patient and referring physician satisfactionDevelops strategic solutions to problems that ariseMonitor program operations to ensure patient safetyUtilize resources to develop marketing planDevelop and maintain key relationships with referral sourcesExecute marketing plan and document/track activities to leadership and manage trends and changes in the marketCutting-Edge Technology: We are equipped with state-of-the-art wound care technologies to ensure you can provide the best care possible.Collaborative Environment: Join a team of experienced healthcare professionals who are dedicated to excellence, collaboration, and ongoing learning.Professional Growth: We encourage and support our team's professional development through continuous education and training opportunities.Patient-Centric Care: We are committed to putting our patients at the center of everything we do, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive salary packages, comprehensive benefits, and bonus opportunities.Experience:1-2 years of experience in Wound Care Management Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systemsComfort using business email system, such as Microsoft OutlookHighly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for othersAbility to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneouslyIndependently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate directionStrong communication skillsQualifications:High school diploma, and some college preferred.Experience an Intake CoordinatorStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassion for patients and a commitment to providing excellent care.Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.What We Offer:Monday - Friday schedule, no weekendsMedical, Dental, Vision401(k) Retirement Plan (with 8% employer match)Paid Sick LeavePaid Personal Time Off (PTO)Internal ongoing educational/training opportunitiesCompetitive compensationContinuous coaching & mentorshipWhen you join our team, you have the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths and potential, including the possibility to move functionally, geographically, laterally and vertically.
