The function of the Deployment Intern is to assist the DOD and the Deployment Team coordinate and assign crew and projects on the schedule. Assist with communication with Superintendents, PMs, & deployment team.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

  1. Take detailed notes during scheduling meetings with PMs.
  2. Assist with reporting as requested by Director of Deployment.
  3. Assist Director of Deployment with weekly forecasting.
  4. Take Detailed Notes in PCM and Recovery Meetings
  5. Maintain PreCon schedule updates
  6. Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Must be team player and able to work well with a diverse group of personnel.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle a multitude of projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate planning and organizational skills, including the ability to anticipate tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and function smoothly under strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
Other requirements:
  • Pass an extensive background check
  • Valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record and insurance
  • Must be able to evaluate new technologies, learn and implement these into our processes


Working Conditions:

The position requires the individual to be in the office and on some occasions to travel to the field.

Travel is required to go to the job sites and overnight stays away from home might be necessary. While on site, the ability to move around a construction site is needed, which may require climbing and working off the ground. Typical construction site conditions are expected to include loud noises as well as dust and the odors of construction materials being utilized.
