Classification Title: Production Specialist Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Event Operations Coordination Leads and motivates the team, while personally assisting, whether independently or collaboratively, to set up tables, chairs, stages, audio visual equipment, and other furniture or equipment per event documentation Review daily building event schedule and conduct room inspections to ensure the room diagram and audio-visual are set according to event specifications Provide feedback and corrective actions with staff, as appropriate Schedule, organize, delegate, and oversee staff and facilitate projects Conduct inspections of furniture and portable and installed AV systems in meeting rooms and multipurpose venues to ensure accuracy and neatness of setups.
