Job Details

Conducts and coordinates training activities, programs and workshops such as New Employee Orientation (NEO), Zero Tolerance, Core Assurance, Physical and Nutritional Management, CPR, Prevention and Safety Strategies (PASS), and other trainings as needed. Assists with monitoring of residential facilities to help prepare for AHCA surveys and improve the quality of services. Completes monitoring reports and provides training and coaching on the homes while monitoring. Performs fire drills on homes and completes fire drill reports, while assisting staff with training about safety and proper evacuation procedures. Schedules, coordinates and tracks trainings, prepares records, reports, and enters Training Manager data. Develops, revises, and/or reviews training materials, curricula, lesson plans, presentations, supporting materials. Including NEO, PASS, and others as needed.
