Dietary Aides are needed to greet residents and guests warmly and enthusiastically. Dietary Aides are responsible for ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when residents arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages to residents, all while delivering exceptional service. Dietary Aides assist with preparing menu items, adhering to therapeutic diets to ensure the safety and optimal wellbeing of our residents.Dietary Aide Job Qualifications and RequirementsHigh Diploma or EquivalentValid Driver's LicenseMust have excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community membersMust be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior populationAll applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening
