Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor

Job Summary and Qualifications:

You Will:

• Supervise technical and/or non-technical laboratory personnel and daily operations to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
• Oversee personnel, processes, service levels, regulatory compliance, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities
• Achieve department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
• Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and teach staff effectively
• Review and approve payroll, purchasing requisitions, and scheduling requests

You Should Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology required
• 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
• State of Florida Supervisor License in all 5 specialty areas or ability to obtain

Pay Range: $32.62 - $48.93 per hour
