Maintenance Tech


=' What You'll Be Doing:

We're looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician with a strong handyman skill set. If you can do any of the following, we believe you can learn the rest!

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Drywall patching, painting, and caulking
• Flooring installation and repair (tile, carpet tile, VCT)
• Operate heavy equipment such as lifts
• Acoustical ceiling installation
• Doors and hardware installation
• Concrete repair and light masonry
• Finish carpentry and general handyman tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise

What You Bring:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Experience with power tools and job site safety
• Basic mechanical and tech skills (tablets/phones)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
