Construction Litigation Associate

Legal Search solutions is looking for a Construction Litigation Associate for a reputable boutique client in West Palm Beach, FL. The successful candidate will have 3-6 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience with experience in construction litigation. The firm combines big law capabilities with boutique level service.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and analyze construction agreements.
• Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
• Build trusting relationships with clients.
• Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Strong knowledge of construction, lien, and surety law preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• 3-6 years of commercial litigation with experience in construction litigation experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
