POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida has an opening available for a Student Assistant at the Hawkins Center. This position will assist the Learning Specialists. This position will assist with a variety of administrative duties that will include but not limited to: phone coverage, driving assignments, ordering and maintaining office and breakroom supplies and other tasks as assigned.
This position will work up to 10 hours a week with a start date no later than February 23, 2026.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- The ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
- Working a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Graduate student
