Miller's Ale House - - Responsibilities: Clean all dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans; provide support to other areas of the BOH.; Maintain sanitation and proper food handling procedures in work areas.; Collect bus tubs and dirty dishes from FOH and BOH areas.; Restock areas and ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.; Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash and end-of-shift side work.
