Ross Stores - 3720 Southwest Archer Road - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanking customers at checkout.; Assists Customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner (register-trained).; Maintains a clean and organized store by performing cleaning tasks and restocking as needed.; Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandises items per monthly guidelines.; Follows Mark-Out-of-Stock policies and loss prevention standards; handles cash, checks, and refunds per procedures.
