Bella Terra Hills is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team in a unique role combining housekeeping, organization, cooking, and light garden support.

Bella Terra Hills is a private farm estate and hospitality property that includes:

• A luxury farmhouse used for Airbnb stays, retreats, intimate events, and workshops

• The owners' private home

• Seasonal gatherings, dinners, camps, and special events

• A peaceful, nature-centered environment with animals, children, gardens, and a strong sense of beauty and intentional living

We are looking for someone who can become an important and trusted part of the daily rhythm of the property and help bring consistency, cleanliness, warmth, organization, and support to many moving parts.

• Perform detailed cleaning and turnover preparation for the luxury Airbnb farmhouse

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the owners' home

• Ensure all spaces are consistently clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented

• Change linens, wash and organize laundry, and fold towels consistently and neatly

• Deep clean as needed and maintain high standards throughout the property

• Water indoor and outdoor plants and help maintain a calm, cared-for atmosphere throughout the homes

• Monitor household and cleaning supplies and communicate when items need restocking

• Help maintain organization systems throughout the homes and shared spaces

• Prepare healthy, nourishing meals for the owners and family

• Occasionally prepare meals for Airbnb guests, retreats, workshops, and farm events

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen spaces

• Assist with grocery organization, ingredient preparation, and kitchen inventory

• Help care for gardens and outdoor spaces around the property

• Water plants, assist with seasonal planting, and harvest produce from the garden when needed

• Support the overall beauty and upkeep of the property through light outdoor tasks

• Occasionally assist with simple farm-related tasks as needed

• Experience working in luxury homes or hospitality environments is a strong plus

• Comfortable cooking healthy and delicious meals

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Flexible schedule and willingness to occasionally work weekends, especially Fridays and Sundays due to Airbnb turnovers and events

• Full-time position
