Trilogy School is a small, non-profit, private school that has served families in Gainesville and its surrounding communities for 30 years. We offer K-12 education with very small class sizes. Our upper school classrooms are multi-age; 6th/7th, 7th/8th, 9th/10th, and 11th/12th with class sizes between 12-16 students.
At Trilogy we believe that, first and foremost, school must be a place where children feel comfortable and secure; a place where they feel safe to be themselves, explore new ideas, develop their creativity and think out loud. We were founded upon the idea that students cannot be forced into learning, which is why every teacher aims to inspire and nurture each student's love of learning. We strive to create growth experiences through competency based learning of durable skills which lay the foundation for their ability to become caring, responsible individuals who make the world a better place. In addition to a solid academic foundation, our Bold Learning Objectives help students develop the mindsets, creativity, knowledge, and skills needed to thrive right now and in a rapidly changing future.
We offer competitive salaries and a flexible environment, free of the traditional educational bureaucracy that can stifle teacher creativity and personal/professional growth.
