Answer questions about products and services, resolve problems within their authority, and refer issues beyond their authority to their supervisor along with their recommendations/liliHandles the processing of loan applications for members, reviewing each request to ensure alignment with their financial needs. Identifies other lending products that could enhance their borrowing experience and provide greater financial flexibility/liliStrive to meet established call volume, production, call review scores, and adherence goals/liliIdentify cross-sell opportunities and promote products and services to members/liliAssure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared/liliPerforms other duties as assigned/liliAdheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pEducation/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/li/ulpExperience/pullistrongCall Center Agent 1/strong/liulli0 - 1 year of similar or related experience/li/ullistrongCall Center Agent 2/strong/liulli1-3 years of prior call center experience and/or banking or credit union experience required.
