Job Details

Full Time maintenance position available immediately. Need someone that has strong work knowledge in general construction, carpentry, plumbing and HVAC. Someone that works well with others and willing to work as a team.

This is a maintenance tech position for a well-known apartment complex in NW Gainesville.

Painting, drywall repair, grounds keeping, power washing, electrical, plumbing, follows direction to detail, completes work orders in a timely fashion, has positive attitude, organizational skills.

Pay is based on experience. 
Experience preferred.
